In many scenarios across the social enterprise field, governments are lacking in the provision of a strategic collaborative system to better enhance the work of social entrepreneurs. Nonetheless, a number of isolated incidents exist where social entrepreneurs are effectively collaborating with local, state, and federal workers. Two methods have been crucial in facilitating the above approach, in which government leaders assist in establishing significant solutions to crucial social issues.
